The Anderson Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to support and promote businesses and organizations in the Anderson Area. Since 1970, the Chamber has been a great way to market your business and organization to the Anderson Area in eastern Hamilton County, serving Anderson Township, Newtown, Mt. Washington and western Clermont County, Ohio. The Anderson Area is 20 minutes from downtown Cincinnati and is bordered by the Ohio River to the south, the Little Miami River to the west and north and Clermont County to the east.

The Chamber partners primarily with the Forest Hills School District (Anderson Township and Village of Newtown) as well as the Anderson Park District and the Hamilton County Park District for activities. The Neighborhood Business District program sponsored and produced by the Chamber also involves partnering with the Anderson Township Government, Anderson Township Fire & Rescue Department, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, Village of Newtown Government, Newtown Police Department, Little Miami Fire & Rescue, City of Cincinnati government (for Mt. Washington), Cincinnati Fire Department and the Cincinnati Police. Future programs will include partnering with departments of Union and Pierce Townships in Clermont County.

The Chamber produces the annual Community Recognition/Citizen of theYear Awards Banquet, an annual Golf Outing, Anderson Area Community Day at the Races at River Downs and the annual Thanksgiving Breakfast. The Chamber also partners with the Anderson Park District, Anderson Township Government and the Anderson Township Fireman’s Association for the large community event of Greater Anderson Days. Other programs sponsored and produced by the Chamber are the popular Lunch N’ Learn monthly series, the exciting new HR & Employment Law Issues Roundtable, as well as a yearly Business Seminar for new businesses which also serves as an updated informational session for existing businesses and organizations.

The Chamber supports the Partners in Education program of the Forest Hills School District as well as underwrites scholarships for local high schools. Community activities are promoted through our website with information supplied by the organization.

The Anderson Area Chamber of Commerce also provides the community with the Welcome to the Anderson Area community resource magazine, the Anderson Area map, and the “Buy-It-In-Anderson” Coupon Book.
