Afterward\, you can mingle with other heroes and guests and enjoy snacks and drinks.\n\n\n\nYou don't have a wear a superhero costume but the HealthPlex encourages you to dress up if you want to.\n\n\n\nEhren Day\, a personal trainer at the HealthPlex\, came up with the event in honor of a client who died of cancer this year.\n\n\n\nSign up at the front desk or call 513-624-1871.
