He is a lifelong Cincinnati resident passionate about supporting individuals\, communities\, and organizations to be the best they can be through self-discovery\, forward-thinking strategy\, and accountability.\n\nProfessionally\, John is an entrepreneur\, author\, consultant and coach. He holds a bachelor's degree in business from Ohio University and a Master's in Human Resources Development from Xavier University. After a few years in the workforce\, John launched his first entrepreneurial venture\, AGI Management. This consultancy supports organizations on attracting and retaining top talent through developing a high-performance culture. He has since launched The Purpose Promise to walk unfulfilled workers into a better sense of their purpose.\n\nJohn has authored and published five books to support his passion to lead others in self-discovery. He has consulted dozens of start-up ventures and helped others take their dreams to action in launching businesses.
