DESCRIPTION:Please join us on Saturday\, September 19th\, 2015\, at 9am for the Run with the Knights 5K Run/Walk. The course starts at Mt. Washington School\, 1730 Mears Avenue with a pre-race warm-up provided by Mercy Health.\n\n\n\nThe post-race celebration will also be at Mt. Washington School and will include Free refreshments\, an awards ceremony\, entertainment and door prizes. Race sponsors will also host booths with information and giveaways.\n\nProceeds from this event will be used to support programming at Mt.
