DESCRIPTION:Tri-State Running Co. & Mercy HealthPlex-Anderson are offering a series of un-timed\, fun runs along the Five Mile Trail\, to promote/get people out using the trail and running in general here\, on the East Side.\n\n\n\nHere are the details:\n\n\n	From the HealthPlex\, these un-timed runs are scheduled for the 3rd. Thursday of each month\, May through August (May 19\, June 16\, July 21\, August 18). \n	Runs will start at 6:30 pm. \n	Water will be provided on the course.\n	Participants can run any distance they choose.\n	Post run liquid refreshments will be provided.\n	Limited number of Run East Side shirts will be given away at each event plus\, other swag items.
