Groundbreaking Ceremony at Little Miami Scenic Trailhead
Ground will be broken for the long-anticipated expansion of the Little Miami Trail in the northern part of Anderson Township.
The 3.2 mile addition connects the Little Miami Golf Center, Clear Creek Park, and terminates near Beechmont Avenue. This extension was made possible through a funding partnership between Great Parks of Hamilton County, Anderson Township, the Anderson Township Park District, the OKI Regional Council of Governments, and the Ohio Department of Transportation and will connect to the 60+ mile trail that travels into west-central Ohio.
The event is free and open to the public, and is being coordinated by Great Parks. Completion is projected by early 2016!
