On Thursday, October 15, 2015, 7 p.m. in Heritage Hall, Immaculate Heart of Mary Health Ministry Commission, Anderson, presents its fall educational program, Dementia and the Impact on Family Life. This educational program will briefly discuss the different types of dementia as overview information. Speaker Janet Milne, MSN, RN, CNP, Director of Programs and Services of the Alzheimer's Association, will review the stages of dementia. The impact of dementia on family life will be presented with an emphasis on the stressors that family members experience and various coping skills that are helpful. The speaker is an experienced nurse practitioner from the Alzheimer?s Association Greater Cincinnati Chapter. All are welcome to attend this free educational event!
