Five Mile Professional Business District MeetingNeighborhood Business Districts (NBD’s) were “invented” in 2005 by the Anderson Area Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Anderson Township Economic Development Committee, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office and the Anderson Township Fire Department.
