    Annie Warner of Warner Law Firm elected chamber board chair for 2024

    Annie K.T. Warner has a passion for serving others and seeing positive results. Through her work with families and individuals in estate planning, special needs planning and elder law, she has found joy in making a difference. Throughout her career Annie has helped hundreds of clients find peace through planning – whether it be estate planning, settlement planning, special needs or elder law issues. She adeptly guides families and individuals on creating plans that minimize the complications of paying the cost of care while maximizing asset protection.

    Annie was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and graduated from DePauw University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Composition. She attended Loyola Law School of Los Angeles (Loyola Marymount), where she received her Juris Doctorate degree. After practicing in Los Angeles, she moved back to Cincinnati and began focusing on advocacy and problem solving through her work in special needs planning and government benefit preservation. 

    Warner Law Firm, LLC began in 2012 as an endeavor to bring experience and advocacy to the vulnerable clients and has grown to serve families of all shapes and sizes in a variety of areas. In 2015 Annie founded Anchor for Special Needs, Inc., a non-profit pooled special needs trust organization serving disabled individuals through the administration of trust funds and protection of government benefits. 

    Annie enjoys traveling with her family; cooking; running and spending time with friends.

    Amy Broghamer, Amy B Sells Team EXP Realty

    Amy Broghamer is a dynamic and committed individual who has been an integral part of the Anderson community since 2012. Her passion for community development and engagement has propelled her into a leadership role, and she is honored to have been recently elected to the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

    With nearly a decade of service on the Economic Development committee of the township, Amy has played a crucial role in shaping the economic landscape of Anderson. Her involvement in two Comprehensive Plans reflects her dedication to long-term community planning and sustainable growth.

    Amy is not only a devoted community advocate but also a proud parent with two children attending Forest Hills Schools. In the spring of '23, she actively contributed to the fundraising efforts for the school Levy Campaign, demonstrating her commitment to ensuring quality education for the next generation.

    As a seasoned real estate professional with 19 years of experience, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Her expertise extends beyond real estate transactions; she is also a published author, sought-after speaker, and a dedicated trainer for fellow Realtors.

    Outside of her professional commitments, Amy finds joy in supporting her children's endeavors, particularly in sports at Forest Hills Schools and within the beautiful Anderson Parks. Her enthusiasm for community events, local businesses, and Anderson Township as a whole is evident in her active involvement and unwavering support.

    As a member of the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Amy Broghamer looks forward to leveraging her diverse skills and experiences to contribute to the continued growth and prosperity of Anderson Township. Her leadership style, community-oriented mindset, and dedication to excellence make her an invaluable asset to the Chamber and the entire Anderson community.

     

    Matt Flynn - Payroll Parnters

    Matt has nearly 20 years’ experience in business development roles developing expertise in payroll taxes, workers’ compensation, human resources information systems, and a variety of topics in and or related to employees’ payroll and benefits. Today he is the Ohio Business Develop Manager with Payroll Partners where he administers the chamber benefit payroll program with the Southern Ohio Chamber Alliance. Matt is active in his community of Anderson Township, OH coaching his kids in sports and is a graduate of the Anderson Accelerate Leadership Program.
