Third Rock Music is hosting Music Health Day on Saturday, June 2 from 12-3pm, where all things Music, Health, Body, and Mind will be celebrated! This free, family-friendly event will have something for everyone including live music, various health screenings and nutritious snacks. Participants can try a gentle yoga class (bring your own mat) and free Chair Massages! Dr. Jerry Moylan will be available for injury and fitness evaluations at no cost. MUSIC IS MEDICINE!
