2015 Prescription Drug Take Back Day

Looking for a safe way to get rid of unnecessary or expired prescription drugs or over-the-counter medications? The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office and Anderson Township host the National Prescription Drug Take Back Day at Anderson Center, 7850 Five Mile Road, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 25. Be responsible in removing unwanted medications from circulation by bringing them to the site for disposal.
If you are not able to stop by on the 25^th, please remember that Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office and Anderson Township now participate in the Ohio Prescription Drug Drop Box Program. A collection bin is located at Hamilton County Sheriff’s District 5 Office, 7954 Beechmont Avenue, and medications can be safely disposed of during normal business hours, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays
No liquids, aerosols or needles will be accepted.
