America’s River Roots is a signature event to kick off America’s 250th celebration, scheduled for October 08-12, 2025 on the Cincinnati, Covington and Newport riverfronts.
The festival is a celebration of the vibrant culture of America’s river cities, honoring the incredible impact they've made on our nation over the last 250 years. The unique fusion of Music, Cuisine and Culture found at America's River Roots creates a "can't miss" event that will fill the riverfront with the sights, sounds and flavors of our nation. Sightseeing on Steamboat NATCHEZThe Steamboat NATCHEZ brings the spirit of Mardi Gras from her home port in the heart of the French Quarter. This cruise is a celebration of the best of New Orleans featuring a parade of specialty cocktails flowing from three bars on three decks and live jazz by the two-time Grammy nominated DUKES of Dixieland. Cajun and Creole favorites can be purchased a la carte on board in the Texas Bar and Captain’s Salon. Our “krewe” will toss each guest some festive flair we call Louisiana lagniappe. During this sightseeing cruise enjoy panoramic views from indoor and outdoor spaces aboard our authentic steamboat and experience revelry on the Ohio River!
