The Innovation Engineering Leadership Institute (IELI) is a 2.5 day intensive training program where business, government, and academic leaders learn a reliable system for increasing innovation speed (up to 6x) and decreasing risk (30-80%). The program was developed collaboratively by Eureka! Ranch of Cincinnati, the US Department of Commerce's NIST MEP, and the University of Maine.
The Innovation Engineering Management System (IEMS) taught at IELI allows organizations to develop a sustainable culture of innovation and success. What Deming did for quality, IEMS does for innovation.
