              Topic: The Traps of Being a Perfectionist
              Individuals are bombarded with explicit and implicit messages that seem to tell them that they need to be the perfect spouse, parent, employee and friend as well as have the perfectly clean house, perfectly in shape body, and perfectly healthy eating and sleeping habits.  Dr. Brady’s presentation will introduce several proven techniques that an individual can use to help climb out of a perfectionistic trap.
