Alex Rinehart joined the Retirement Strategies Group in 2017, bringing an engineer’s discipline and mindset to comprehensive wealth management. A Cincinnati native, he attended St. Xavier High School and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering from The Ohio State University.
Alex began his career as a structural engineer in Columbus, where precision, risk assessment, and systems‑based thinking were essential. He applies those same principles to wealth management—stress‑testing assumptions, planning for multiple scenarios, and building durable solutions to help clients navigate financial complexity.
Alex serves as Vice President – Wealth Management and Retirement Plan Consultant, developing customized financial plans, managing investment solutions, and executing portfolio trading. He holds the CFP®, CIMA®, CEPA®, and CRPS® designations.
