The 3C Foundation exists to cultivate leaders who strive to serve with purpose, courage, and humility. We coach individuals and organizations through lessons forged in the battlefield and refined in the boardroom—bridging military values of honor, discipline, and sacrifice with the demands of modern leadership.

We believe true leadership is defined not by authority or recognition, but by the growth, resilience, and well-being of those you lead. Our programs are designed to inspire personal accountability, build resilient teams, and foster a culture rooted in servant leadership. Through storytelling, mentorship, and community engagement, we empower today’s leaders to lead with integrity and humility while honoring the legacies of those who stand in eternal overwatch.

3C offers donation-based keynotes, seminars, and speaking engagements tailored for corporations, nonprofits, and communities seeking to strengthen their leadership culture. Each program is led by decorated combat veterans and seasoned business leaders who share authentic experiences that teach transferable tools for high-performance leadership, resilience, and cultural transformation.

Beyond the stage, our “FOB Freedom” initiatives support Gold Star families and memorial projects—continuing our promise to remember, honor, and give back. We are also developing the 3C Foundation Headquarters, a dedicated event and training center to host seminars, retreats, and remembrance gatherings that expand our mission of servant leadership and community service.
